Refunds & Returns Policy

At Flow Intimates, we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on period underwear once the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on. We encourage you to review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. Returns are only available where required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described). Please choose carefully before placing your order.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described please contact us at sales@flowintimates.com.au as soon as possible (ideally within 14 days of receiving your order). Accordingly, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Returns Process
How to return an item:
Contact us at sales@flowintimates.com.au with your order number, details and photos of the product, if possible.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Unless faulty, you must send the product back in its original packaging.
Once we’ve received and inspected your product, we’ll confirm your replacement or refund.
5. Shipping Costs
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
